environment. Carpeted, with private bathrooms, laundry
service, and central heating, these rooms are the
best place to get rest after a wonderful and intense
day of outdoor adventures.
A grand living room area facing the
mountains awaits those who like to read, play cards,
warm up near the grand fireplace, or simply be dazzled
by the view.
 The
international chef and his crew combine only the freshest
regional products in a daily menu served up in the
restaurant which is becoming known as having the finest
cuisine in the park. Fish comes fresh from the fjords
and channels near Puerto Natales, we raise our own
chickens, eggs, as lamb and beef are from our ranches.
Vegetables are cultivated in the most organic and
ecological way in our greenhouses and fields. They
are watered with pure glacial water, grown in almost
virgin soil, and most importantly, with no chemical
products. Bread is also made fresh everyday to go
along with the entrées, main dishes and fresh
salads.
 Accompany
dinner with selected, world famous chilean wines,
while you gaze at the open wilderness. Enjoy your
favorite aperitif, drinks, cocktails, or a refreshing
beer, at the bar close by to the restaurant.
