 Descend
from 11,000 feet to 1,500 feet through miles of lush, green scenery
from Irazu Volcano to the small
town of Santa Cruz de Turrialba.
The dirt road takes you through fertile dairy and farm land, cutting
its way between Irazu and Turrialba Volcano. A support van, driver
and guide/mechanic are available at all times with fresh tropical
fruit and drinks, snacks and cool water as well as gear such as
helmets, gloves, water bottles, extra bikes and first aid kit.
