Saturday: Arrival to the international airport in Caracas followed by a short 30-minute flight to Los Roques. Guests are then greeted by the M/V Antares Dancer crew and all will board the dive tender which is docked by the airport for the transfer to the vessel. Light refreshments will be offered as each guest checks in and is then escorted to their stateroom. Dinner is provided onboard around 06:30 pm followed by an orientation slide show. Guests may retire at their leisure after this.

Sunday to Thursday: The M/V Antares Dancer will usually depart for the first dive EARLY sunday morning. The vessel offers up to five dives per day from its dive tender, the "Akuena". A dive bell is rung to signal the start of a dive briefing. The vessel is stationary most of the day while the "Akuena" transports divers to the sites. Breakfast, lunch and dinner plus mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks are served everyday. Slide presentations are scheduled in the evenings throughout the week. The diving areas include sites all around Los Roques Archipelago, including limited-access areas inside the protected portions of this National Park.

An informal diner is prepared on board around 06:00 pm or guests may elect to visit one of the island's local restaurants at their own expense.
